He has built and managed multi-state teams of up to 50, established new offices and markets, and held full responsibility for recruitment, training, compensation, performance, client reporting and operational delivery.

He is passionate about helping companies grow their global customer base and reach new audiences. He also heads up the successful Corporate Surprises channel on Instagram.
