This policy explains what information NanoFlow collects through nanoflow.io, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you contact us, request information, or fill in a form, we collect what you enter, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, industry, and any message or details you choose to share.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our website, we and the tools described below automatically collect technical information, including your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the site that referred you, the date and time of your visit, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. This is collected using cookies, small scripts, and similar technologies.
Analytics and visitor identification
Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC, to understand how people find and use our website, such as which pages are visited and how long visits last. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives information about your visit, including your IP address. You can read how Google uses this information at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and opt out with Google’s browser add-on.
FuseAI website visitor identification. Most pages on our website include a script from FuseAI that collects your IP address, the pages you view, the time of your visit, and your approximate location. FuseAI uses this to identify the company or organization associated with the visit and, where its business contact data allows, may associate the visit with a specific business contact. We use these insights to understand which businesses are interested in NanoFlow, and we may contact those businesses about our services.
How we use information

- To provide, operate, and improve our website and services.
- To understand which businesses are interested in NanoFlow and to follow up with them about our services.
- To send service and marketing communications, which you can opt out of at any time.
- To keep our website secure, prevent spam and abuse, and comply with the law.
How we share information
We share information with service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting, email delivery, analytics (Google), and website visitor identification (FuseAI). We may also share information when required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets.
We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. Some state privacy laws, including California’s, may treat certain uses of analytics and visitor identification tools as a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. You can opt out of these uses as described below.
Your choices
- Cookies: most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Some parts of our website may not work as intended if you do.
- Google Analytics: use Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
- Visitor identification and outreach: email sales@nanoflow.io with the subject “Privacy opt-out”, and we will stop using information about your visits for outreach and will not contact you because of them.
- Marketing emails: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or contact us.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, including California, you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we have collected about you, and how we use and share it;
- access a copy of your personal information;
- correct inaccurate personal information;
- delete your personal information;
- opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information; and
- not be treated differently for exercising these rights.
To make a request, email sales@nanoflow.io with the subject “Privacy request”. We will verify your request, which may mean confirming information you have previously given us, and respond within 45 days. You may also use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.
Data retention
We keep information you give us only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, or for business, legal, or recordkeeping purposes. Information collected by Google Analytics and FuseAI is kept according to those providers’ retention settings and policies.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information. No website or transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Children
Our website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date.
